Working in the human-AI interaction research group under Dr. Kevin Allan. Analysing, transforming and visualizing data; reviewing literature.
MRes Research Project, University of Aberdeen
End-to-end execution of a research project on human-AI interaction with a focus on political attitudes and the influence LLMs can have on them. Created experimental design, conducted literature review, ran online experiments, and analysed data using mixed effects models.
Consulting Intern, COMI GmbH , Stuttgart
Supported two external client projects: developing a web application (SCRUM) and designing a social-media-focused online marketing strategy for recruitment. Led an internal project to design and implement a company intranet using MS SharePoint and Power Automate. Conducted research, prepared briefings, and assisted with requirements and project management (MS 365, Jira).
Working Student – HR, COMI GmbH , Leonberg
Supported day-to-day HR operations. Developed concepts for employee referral incentives, knowledge management (Confluence), and an employee development track. Designed and rolled out an onboarding process using MS Teams and Power Automate. Conducted interviews, screened candidate profiles, created HR reports for management meetings, designed surveys (MS Forms), and introduced a personality assessment.
